The Long Island Real Estate Report was founded in December 2007, by Jamie
Winkler, broker owner of Winkler Real Estate, her husband Rick Winkler, and Pat
Ammirati, formerly general manager of Long Island Profiles.
Since then it has published an un-interrupted set of weekly reports covering all Deed Transfers recorded, as well as all Lis Pendens filed on Long Island. The history of these reports is reflected in our “up-to the minute” statistics pages.

The data is completely updated every week, adding in all new recordings.
